Apartment on a second floor without a lift with a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Living room with direct access to the terrace.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave.
Washing machine.
The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm).
A bathroom with a shower.
It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and spacious garden area.
Ideal for families with children.
Outdoor parking for a car included in the price.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
