Second floor without a lift with a lovely terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with views of the swimming pool. Living room with sofas, TV and dining table for 6 people.
Open kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (80x200cm). There is a bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet.
It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with two swimming pools and a large landscaped area with swings. Ideal for families with children.
Covered parking for one car included in the price.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

S'haurien d'incloure algunes coses a l'apartament.Per exemple, no hi havia copes de cava. Només hi havia 2 copes de vi. No hi havia cap ganivet de cuina... en general, li falten aquests detalls que s'esperen pel preu que es paga.

Très chouette séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, proche des restaurants, des plages et des promenades. Grand emplacement de parking privatif et sécurisé en souterrain, hauteur limitée à 1,80 m.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. In Zeiten von Schlüsselboxen finde ich es sehr aufwendig und altmodisch, den Schlüssel in einer Agentur abholen zu müssen und auch beim Checkout wieder zurückzubringen. Lesee more

Leider war wohl in der Unterkunft vor uns jemand mit einem Hund dort und es waren sehr viele Haare überall. An sich ist es nicht schlimm, aber es gibt nur einen Besen und keinen Staubsauger. Somit hat die Putzfrau gar keine Möglichkeit die ganzen Haare zu beseitigen. Unsere kleine Tochter ist im Krabbelalter und das war schon sehr eklig. Ein Staubsauger wäre angebracht. Des Weiteren hat es im Bad sehr stark nach Abfluss gestunken.

Allemaal niet onoverkomelijk, maar wel wat tips: Een airco of een ventilator had fijn geweest. Het was warm en zelfs na een lauwe douche bleef je zweten en kon je moeilijk afkoelen. Bij handdoekenpakket misten we een keukendoek en een theedoek. Voor see more

The location is good, about 10-15 min walk from the seafront. The apartment was a good value for money for April. There were no people staying after us so we could pay for a later checkout. The place was very quiet in April with limited shops and restaurants, car is definitely a must as there are no supermarkets within walking distance, only small shops. Calella de Palafrugell is stunning and we already have tickets booked for next year. We would stay in the apartment again. The area is absolutely beautiful. We have visited Figueres, Pals, Peratallada, Pubol and Begur castle. I recommend visiting Vins i Licors Grau for the best selection of local wines! it is amazing.

It lacked a personal touch for us. It is rented via agency and the keys need to be collected and returned in a neighbouring town so if you don't have a car it would be a struggle. The welcome pack is just a few essentials really, not enough for thsee more

Alles schon gesagt. Perfekte Kommunikation, alles sauber und ordentlich, perfekte Lage, alles ruhig und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gefehlt haben nur scharfe Küchenmesser und ein Küchentuch, ist aber keine Punktabzug wert und schnell im Ort gekauft.

Joli appartement, situé dans le très beau village de Callela ! Hôte sympathique et réactive. Logement spacieux et très propre à notre arrivée . Mobilier un peu vétuste mais suffisant pour nous . Parking à disposition , facile d accès mais attention psee more

Parking à disposition , facile d accès mais attention plafond très bas et ne convient pas aux véhicules de +de 1,8m !! Jolie vue depuis la terrasse , sur la résidence (très calme hors saison) et sur la mer ! Par contre emplacement fatiguant à pied . La résidence ne comprend pas d ascenseur et le village est très en contrebas donc il ne faut pas avoir peur de grimper pour rentrer . Équipement un peu minimaliste (pas de machine à café , de sèche cheveux , éclairage minimum, pas d’essuies vaisselles ni de denrées de base sel poivre huile …) Très bonne literie chambre enfant mais matelas très dur chambre adulte, et les lits sont à faire à votre arrivée (linge fourni) La résidence est agréable , même si un peu vieillissante . Joliment arborée , plusieurs piscines et plaine de de jeu

Attention pour les personnes qui souhaiterait y télétravailler 😊 Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournies. Radiateurs d’appoint fournis et bienvenus en ce mois d’avril frisquet. Petite vue mer du balcon. Résidence calme à cette période, très bien entretenue, jolis espaces verts et coin football très apprécié par mes fils. Parking assez anxiogène au début parce que rampe d’accès très pentue et sous-sol très bas de plafond mais on s’y fait une fois qu’on est rassuré par le fait que la voiture passe partout. La place de parking de cet appartement est spacieuse et facile d’accès une fois dans le sous-sol. La récupération de la clé se fait facilement. L’appartement est vraiment très proche à pied du petit bourg charmant de Callela et de la plage. Je recommande ce logement.
