Second Floor Apartment with a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Living room with TV and direct access to a furnished terrace.
Open kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The main bedroom has 1 double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 3 single beds (2 separate beds and 1 trundle bed underneath one of the two beds).
A bathroom with a shower and 1 toilet.
It forms part of a beautiful communal outdoor area with a large swimming pool and extensive landscaped garden.
Pets not allowed.
Ideal apartment for families, no bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Few things we would recommend to improve :It was challenging to find the right building and apartment- for the first time- since they were not clearly identified The fob from garage door didn’t work- batteries were deadIt would be nice to have soap, see more

Bel appartement traversant (cool pour faire un courant d’air quand il fait chaud, car il n’y a pas de climatisation) avec un large balcon avec vue sur la grande piscine au 2nd et dernier étage dans une très jolie copropriété bien entretenue et vue susee more
Bel appartement traversant (cool pour faire un courant d’air quand il fait chaud, car il n’y a pas de climatisation) avec un large balcon avec vue sur la grande piscine au 2nd et dernier étage dans une très jolie copropriété bien entretenue et vue sur le village et la mer. Cuisine équipée ouvrant sur grand salon et un canapé d’angle. 2 chambres doubles avec placard. Lit simple en sus dans une des chambres. Salle d’eau de taille correcte comprenant un 1er WC. L’appartement est doté d’un 2nd WC séparé. Il y a également de quoi étendre son linge dans une buanderie équipée d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge. Cerise sur le gâteau : place attribuée dans le parking en sous-sol (très appréciable de prendre sa voiture restée au frais lorsqu’il fait chaud dehors). Sinon, la situation est très bonne avec le bord de mer à 10’ à pieds.
