It has a large terrace with views of the pool and garden and a table to enjoy breakfasts or meals in the sun. Living dining room with sofa, TV and direct access to the terrace.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and wardrobes; the second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people (90 x 190 cm) with a wardrobe.

It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with 2 swimming pools, gardens, tennis court and children's play area.
First floor without lift.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets accepted upon request and with a supplement.
Groups of unaccepted young people.

Falta de mantenimineto. Mala limpieza. Cubrecamas sucios. Las llaves no funcionan bien, la instalación eléctrica antigua, las luces de las habitaciones no funcionan bien. No se hace seguimiento del apartamento cuando se alquila.

Es un apartament fantàstic, l’ubicació es ideal per gaudir de les platges, camins de ronda, centre de Calella Palafrugell i restaurants. Fins i tot es pot anar caminant al festival de Cap Roig.
