Simple apartment located a few minutes from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with two swimming pools, tennis and a large landscaped area. Ideal for families with children.
Parking within the community for a single car included in the price. In July and August, it is subject to availability, in case there is no availability, there is a car park 100m away.

First floor without a lift with a lovely terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with views of the swimming pool. Living room with sofas, TV and dining table for 6 people.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, and washing machine.
It has three bedrooms: Two bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a third bedroom that has two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower.
Free community Wi-Fi.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Cambiaría la descripción del parking, tal y como os comenté, no existe una plaza de parking, es muy difícil aparcar, ya que no se dispone de ninguna plaza de parking privada, y el resto siempre están ocupadas.

Deben cambiar las cortinas del baño, ya están muy viejas. Hacíamos un cambio de apartamento entre una semana y otra, y nos comentasteis que le daríais prioridad y nos avisaríais cuando estuviera disponible el apartamento para ir lo antes posible. Al final nunca se nos llamó y acabamos recogiendo las llaves a las 16.30h. Entiendo que es complicado porque hay muchas entradas y salidas, pero cuando estas en la calle esperando cualquier avance es importante. |
