Cosy 60 m2 apartment located in Lloret de Mar in the Fenals area, about 300m from the beach and 400m from the centre. This apartment is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Located on the fourth floor with a lift with a maximum capacity for 4 people.
Part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool and with a private garage (supplement of €30/week if used).
It has a living-dining room (TV + double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and heat pump optional with supplement: €50/week.
Young people not accepted.
This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.
Pets upon request and with supplement.

Cosy apartment located in Lloret de Mar, a short distance from Fanals beach and the centre. The apartment is small, but very cosy and family-friendly. It is situated in a residential area with a garden and communal swimming pool.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is distributed in an open living-dining area (sofa bed) open to the kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven) with access to the terrace. In addition to a double bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with bathtub (washing machine).
The terrace has garden furniture to enjoy wonderful afternoons sunbathing and marvellous dinners al fresco.
Air conditioning available as an option (extra price in case of use 30€/week).

La propreté de l’immeuble, la proximité des commerces et à deux pas de la plage. Il y a une superbe piscine où les enfants se sont baignés et le gazon synthétique et super avec la vraie végétation (arbres et arbustes). L’appartement est assez grand psee more
La propreté de l’immeuble, la proximité des commerces et à deux pas de la plage. Il y a une superbe piscine où les enfants se sont baignés et le gazon synthétique et super avec la vraie végétation (arbres et arbustes). L’appartement est assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes. Ce que j’ai aimé par rapport à des locations antérieures c’est d’avoir un frigo avec congélateur et un four traditionnel et une climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans la chambre parentale. Un grand balcon, deux ascenseurs fonctionnel. Le calme est respecté des 22h immeuble avec beaucoup de familles.
