Single-storey house with private swimming pool (6 x 3 m), located in a quiet residential area of L'Esclanyà – Begur. An ideal location, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava: la Fonda (4 km), Aiguablava (5 km) and Calella – Llafranc (8–9 km).

This house consists of a large living room overlooking a pleasant garden, an independent kitchen that has been renovated and fully equipped, as well as 4 bedrooms:
• A master suite with a double bed (150), private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
• Three bedrooms with mountain views:
• a bedroom with a double bed (135),
• a triple bedroom with a double bed (135) and a single bed (90),
• an individual bedroom with a 120 bed.
A second bathroom with a complete shower completes the set.
The house is fully air-conditioned, ensuring ideal comfort even during high temperatures.

In terms of amenities, restaurants, and shops, the centre of Palafrugell is just 5 km away, while Begur, with its picturesque alleyways and authentic charm, is 4 km away.
