Description
House with a private pool and capacity for up to 12 people, located in a residential area of Blanes, a short distance from the beach and with beautiful views of the sea and Sant Joan Castle.
This large house is composed of a spacious living area (TV), with access to the front terrace where you can contemplate the beautiful views of the sea and the Castle of Sant Joan. On the same floor, there is an independent kitchen, fully equipped so that you can feel like at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher...), with access to a small room where the washing machine and dryer are located. There are also 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed in each) and 2 bathrooms with shower.
On the upper floor we will find 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each bedroom), and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The outdoor area consists of a private swimming pool, a brick barbecue and a furnished area to enjoy excellent outdoor meals.
Garage for 2-3 cars.
WiFi included in the price.
Centralised air conditioning via heat pump (cold - hot) included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations for people under 35 years old are not accepted.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)

Nice house with a lot of space for our large group. Very nice outlook on the sea and hills around. Peaceful and silent uphill area. The swimming pool was perfect to relax during the hotter days. Facillities were present and working smooth. Plenty of see more

Facillities were present and working smooth. Plenty of possibilities for walking around the residential area. The house has an indoor parking with space for multiple cars. We enjoyed our stay of one week and considered it good value for money. So we recommend this place to others.
