Large and charming house with garden and private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 9 people.
Outdoor area of 800 m2 with a spacious garden and a large private swimming pool (12x4m), where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool with sea views. Garage for 2 cars.
Interior area of 400 m2 with a spacious dining room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms (180x200cm and 150x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm); 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (90x190cm), 1 single bedroom (90x190cm) and 3 bathrooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups of young people not allowed.
This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The house was outdated. The kitchen have seen better days. It was old and could be replaced for a modern kitchen. The house was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean the house for many hours. There was a very penetrating smell of the sewer in all thsee more

It would be nice to have a modern television in the main room with apps to create possibilities more opportunities for the evening. The house has a lot of light switches. It would be nice to label them because it is a big puzzle to figure out what the functions are. Overall it was not bad, but these minor things would make it perfect. The house got a lot of potential to be perfect

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war echt super die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und antworten auf Fragen umgehend. Die Unterkunft ist auch gut, ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal renoviert werden. Auf der Terasse im Gartensee more
Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war echt super die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und antworten auf Fragen umgehend. Die Unterkunft ist auch gut, ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal renoviert werden. Auf der Terasse im Garten wird man immer wieder vom Geruch aus dem Abwassergulli belästigt. In der Küche kommt fast kein warmes Waßer aus dem Wasserhahn. Der Pool ist groß die Kinder hatten ihre Freude. Allerdings ist auch dieser renovierungsbedürftig. Die Leuchtmittel in diversen Lampen sind auch defekt. Generell ein etwas modriger Geruch in dem Haus wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Die Bilder der Anzeige versprechen mehr als die Realität, war sicher mal eine super Unterkunft ist aber in die Jahre gekommen.
