Simple house with a private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the prettiest towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.
This house is ideal for spending a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area of 470 m2 with private swimming pool (5x4m), built-in barbecue, covered porch and terrace with mountain views. Parking.
Interior zone of 150 m2 with a dining room with fireplace and TV on the ground floor and a spacious living room with sofa bed on the upper floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, frying pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine.
Consists ofa 2 double double bedrooms ((140x x x200), 1bedroom beds bedroom (90x200x cm), 2 individual individual (90x x190cm),),), 2 with shower bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi.
Optional heating with a supplement: £50/week.
Pets upon request and with a supplement.
Regulations and special bond for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments shall be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The house has a maximum capacity for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms.
The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each. Full bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor is where we find the spacious living-dining room (TV) with direct access to the outdoor area. Il est dommage de devoir se déplacer au centre-ville de Lloret de Mar pour récupérer les clés et le linge et les redéposer au départ. Il n’y a pas de commerces ni de boulangerie à proximité, il faut descendre au plus près au niveau de la zone d’activsee more

Carolina’s Airbnb was great. The house was very clean and it felt like home. Blanes is a lovely city where you can make a lot of things. The beaches are also very nice and clean. Wonderful water.

Z drugi rok z rzędu byliśmy w tym domu i tak jak poprzednio jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni! To były super dwa tygodnie , dom jest czysty przytulny funkcjonalny …dziękujemy że mogliśmy tam być i napewno jeszcze nie raz wrócimy 🙂
