Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Terraced house with terrace and private garden. Living-dining room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, gas hobs, washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave.
It consists of 3 main bedrooms with a double bed each (135x190cm and 135x180cm), a room with bunk beds.
A bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.
It is part of a beautiful community outdoor area with a large swimming pool and a spacious landscaped area shared only by 10 houses.
WiFi included in the price.
Heating optional with supplement (£35/week in case of use)
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement. Ideal house for families, bookings from young people under 35 years old are not accepted.
