Crafted by the acclaimed Balinese architect, Popo Danes, Villa Avalon III can be leased independently or in conjunction with the four-bedroom Villa Avalon I and/or the two-bedroom Avalon II. When reserved as a complete unit, the Villa Avalon Estate boasts a total of seven generously-sized bedrooms and transforms into a dreamy wedding venue.

Each villa boasts its private pool and is meticulously maintained by a proficient and welcoming staff team, working discreetly in the background to provide exceptional service around the clock. This dedicated team includes a personal chef for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The villa's traditional Balinese entrance ushers you into a serene lotus pond area, from where steps lead past charming water features into a capacious open-plan living and dining area crowned by vaulted ceilings. At one end, plush sofas sit before double doors that open onto the pool terrace, facing a 42-inch TV with a home theatre system. At the opposite end, a breakfast bar delineates the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen from the dining zone, where four white leather chairs encircle a table.

Accessed through a small foyer adjacent to the living area, the villa's bedroom is adorned with a queen-size bed and features a cozy seating area overlooking the pool terrace. The bedroom's opulent ensuite bathroom boasts a striking bathtub, a refreshing rain shower, and an adjoining dressing room complete with a walk-in wardrobe.

Discovering such an established villa, just 50 meters from the beach, and yet only a brief drive from downtown Seminyak, is indeed a rarity.

The Villa Avalon Estate is the final private residence at the end of a charming lane that guides you to the mesmerizing Kayu Putih beach in Canggu, renowned for its gleaming volcanic sand and incredible waves. Between the villa and the ocean, you'll find only a serene temple and a petite lagoon, spanned by a rustic timber pathway that leads to endless stretches of sandy shoreline. Moreover, the illustrious W Hotel, Potato Head, and Seminyak's renowned bars and restaurants are just a delightful 15-minute stroll away from the villa. If you venture 15 minutes inland, you'll arrive at Canggu Plaza, featuring a supermarket catering to expats, a delightful gelato parlor, and an array of dining options. Villa Avalon boasts an enviable location, offering proximity to the vibrant ambiance of Seminyak and mere footsteps from the inviting beach.
