House with a private pool and beautiful sea views located in a very quiet residential area, just 5 km from the lovely and peaceful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 700 m2 with a private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with beautiful sea views.
Interior area of 200 m2 built on two floors: Lower floor with living-dining room with satellite TV from where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the mountain, open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), one single bedroom (90 x 190 bed) and a toilet. On the upper floor we find 1 double bedroom (150x190cm), 3 bedrooms with beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
Optional heating with supplement: (100 €/week).
Parking.
- Pets upon request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid at destination
- Heating: 22 pounds/day
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.
Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Cosy house with private pool divided into 2 independent apartments. Located in a quiet residential area just 8Km from the centre and Lloret de Mar beach.
Exterior area of 1,700 m2 with private pool, beautiful gardens and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with lovely mountain views. It also has a brick barbecue and parking.
Interior area of 120 m2: In the upstairs apartment, there is a large living-dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
The downstairs apartment has a large living-dining room with TV and fireplace, open to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (135x190cm), 1 triple bedroom (1 bunk bed + 1 single bed 90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Das erste was negativ aufgefallen war , war das Tor zum Parkplatz, was nur zur Hälfte aufging. Wir haben auf der Straße geparkt. Das Mobilär ist in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil kaputt oder verrostet. Z.B. Der Tischunterrand ist an mehreren Stellensee more
Das erste was negativ aufgefallen war , war das Tor zum Parkplatz, was nur zur Hälfte aufging. Wir haben auf der Straße geparkt. Das Mobilär ist in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil kaputt oder verrostet. Z.B. Der Tischunterrand ist an mehreren Stellen abgebrochen, die Stühlbeine draußen waren stark verrostet und dadurch einige cm kürzer und franzig, so dass mann sich verletzen könnte. (Auf den Anzeigebildern sehen die Stühle neu aus) Nach Reklamation wurden 2 Stühle ausgetauscht. Die Plastik Stühle draußen waren auch in die Jahren gekommen, so das die Sitzflächeteile abgebrochen waren und hier auch Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Nach Reklamation wurden die Stühle auch ausgetauscht . Steckdose im Küchenbereich war rausgebrochen, es wurde dann nach einer Woche repariert. Die alte und fleckige Möbel kann man evtl.noch sauber machen und den Preis an die Gegebenheiten anpassen! Die Bilder vom Haus unbedingt aktualisieren! Flecken vom Möbel entfernen. Spiegeln sauber machen. Steckdosen prüfen und reparieren . Dusche draußen reparieren und herabfallende Blätter und Oliven kehren. Mehr Tassen in die Küche stellen.
