Description
Mirador is a house located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location offers spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc.
It is a completely renovated house with a maximum capacity for 8 people.
The house is distributed over 4 floors: The main floor which includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double room (2 beds of 90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, there is a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV.
On the lower floors, we find 2 suite rooms with a shower (2 double beds of 180x190cm and 160x190cm), both with sea views and one of them with a terrace. On the lower floor, we find a small pier with direct access to Llafranc beach (access via code-locked door).
Garage included in the price, 200m from the house. Entrance measurements: 2.35m wide x 1.80m high.
No pets are allowed.
House only for families. No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.
This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava that stands out for its beautiful beach with clear and crystalline water, its pine-covered promenade and its nautical port. A few minutes walking along the coastal path we arrive at Calella de Palafurgell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places on the Costa Brava.
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Charming house tastefully renovated in Llafranc
Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area of Llafranc, just 800m from the centre and the beach, this warm house fully renovated spreads over three levels.
At the main level, you will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, giving access to a terrace with a view of the sea and mountains.
On the upper floor, enjoy an independent parental space comprising a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a dressing room.
On the ground floor, a second sleeping area features three beautiful bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (150 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children or friends. A bathroom with a shower and WC.
The house also has a pleasant outdoor space with a view of the mountains, the ideal place for your meals or moments of relaxation.
Important information: the house being spread over several levels accessible by stairs, and the outdoor space not being equipped with a high protection (such as a barrier, fence, etc.), it is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
- Bed linen and towels not included. Cost of 8 euros/person/bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels.
