Flat in Llafranc with a large furnished terrace to enjoy meals and breakfasts in the sun. It is located approximately 200 metres from Llafranc beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava.
There are approximately 30 steps from the street to the flat, which is accessed from the terrace.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room with sofas and television, which opens directly onto the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: one with two single beds, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub (to reach this room you have to climb down three steps) and a third bedroom with a single bed. Also on the ground floor is another full bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs is the main room with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Bookings for children under 35 are not accepted.
Pets not allowed.

It sits next to the walkway between the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 en suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the top floor you will find a a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floor you will find 2 en suite rooms with shower (2 double beds (180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with access to a terrace. On the lower floor there is access to is a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (door access with code).
Parking included in the price, located 200m from the house. Entrance dimensions: 2.35m wide x 1.80m high.

Beautiful house with pool and parking, very close to the beach of Llafranc. The house belongs to a development, with a communal pool and a pine forest where you will be able to enjoy peace and tranquility. The house is spread over 3 floors, with numerous internal staircases and can accommodate 6 to 7 people. Free Wifi and parking. On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance, with a small living room with fully fitted sofas and access to the garden and the communal pool. On the next level is the kitchen (fully equipped and restored) with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and TV. Laundry room. On the next level there are 2 double bedrooms with bunk beds in both (90x190) and a bathroom with shower. On the floor above, you will find an en suite with double bed (150x190) and a bathroom with bathtub; a living room (TV) with access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy marvellous breakfasts in the sun. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.
Ideal for families with children because of its proximity to the beach and it’s pool. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. The house is located only 180 metres from the beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns of the Costa Brava, which distinguishes itself for its crystalline waters, it’s pine sheltered promenade and its port.

Es una casa que hemos alquilado los 3 últimos años, pues nos gusta su tamaño, diseño moderno y por supuesto, por su ubicación, pero desde el 1er año que ha ido deteriorándose por falta de un mejor mantenimiento.

Los sofás del salón están hundidos y deberían cambiarse por otros más nuevos, ya que no se pueden utilizar para sentarse.
Esta vez había bombillas fundidas en los baños, la cocina, etc., y una lámpara que no funcionaba en la suite principal.

Parece que no es un problema de reemplazar bombillas, sino que ocurre algo con la instalación. La mesa bajo la pérgola debería ser más grande y estar en mejor estado que la actual. Una de las persianas del techo de una de las habitaciones hace 2 años que no se puede cerrar, entrando mucha luz y dificultando el sueño a las personas que duermen allí. También sería bueno disponer de WIFI. |
