From the main dining room stairs lead to a comfortable attic with tv, library, and 1 double bed (135x190cm).
This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming-pool (8x4m), garden, a built in barbecue with fridge and microwave, and a shady terrace where you can enjoy nice meals next to the pool.

You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas in the restaurant placed on the beach.

Simple house located in a very quiet residential area just 7 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. At the back there is a small studio for the person who takes care of the garden, where they are occasionally present.
Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the ground floor we find the living room-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, a separate kitchen (microwave, gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Young people not accepted.
