Precious house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the beautiful and peaceful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people.
The outdoor area of 950 m2 with private pool (8 x 4m), spacious terraces and barbecue area (portable) where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with mountain views. Garage for 3 cars.
Indoor area of 170 m2 with living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and freezer fridge), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 135x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (80x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Young people not accepted.
This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.
- Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. At the back, there is a small studio for the person who occasionally takes care of the garden.
Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the main floor we find the living-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, independent kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.

Wir waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, Lage und dem Gastgeber*innen. Wir durften sogar 3 Stunden vorher ins Haus. Punkte Abzug gab es für die Betten (alle sehr unbequeme).

Over all, an exceptional week had by everyone. House is fantastic, wonderful location, close to a great beach with some lovely restaurants, however a car is required to use, as it’s a steep hill for a three year old. House was clean and with good amesee more

House is fantastic, wonderful location, close to a great beach with some lovely restaurants, however a car is required to use, as it’s a steep hill for a three year old. House was clean and with good amenities. Bedrooms are nice and comfortable, with the upstairs rooms having a great balcony and view. Lovely outside sitting area, where we spent most of the days and nights into the early hours. Slight disappointments were: The pool isn’t heated and was very cold, that didn’t stop the kids however. No smart television, so unable to watch anything other than terrestrial tv, nothing for the kids. Also, charges 8 euro per person for towels and bed linen, which I thought was unbelievable. However, I would return in a heartbeat. A brilliant peaceful location, which I shared with the best of company
