Beautiful modern house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1.5 km from the centre and beach of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people.
Outdoor area with private pool, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in front of the pool with mountain views, toilet and brick barbecue. Parking area.
Interior area of 300m2 distributed over two independent floors. On the upper floor, we find a spacious living room (satellite TV), open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 master bedroom suite (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, we find another living room with TV, independent kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area and exit to the outdoor area, 1 suite bedroom with double bed (150x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
A/C and heating optional and with supplement: €150/week.
- Pets upon prior request and with a supplement of £35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.
Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.
Regulations and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. At the back, there is a small studio for the person who occasionally takes care of the garden.
Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the main floor we find the living-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, independent kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.

During our stay we had a constant problem with a clogged shower and leaking to the first level so we decided to leave a day early. The owner refunded the money for the day we didn't use without problems, so despite that one problem I think it's a good recommended option. Español: Casa de dos pisos, bien equipada y con excelente relación calidad/precio. Situada en un lugar tranquilo con bonitas vistas. El propietario atento, aunque hubo problemas de comunicación con la administración local. Problemas con una ducha obstruida nos hicieron irnos antes, pero nos reembolsaron sin inconvenientes. A pesar de eso, es recomendable.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Haus bot grossartige Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Pool, geräumige Zimmer und 5 Badezimmer sowie ausreichend Platz für mein Auto auf dem Parkplatz. Leider war kein Feuerholz verfügbar, was schade war. Es gab einen Ping-Pong-Tisch, der uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Allerdings waren die Ping-Pong-Schläger beschädigt . Trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Geweldig huis op een fijne locatie. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum en strand. De voorzieningen van het huis waren beter dan dat we hadden verwacht, zeer ruim en goed uitgerust huis.
