This cosy terraced house is located in a quiet residential complex just 150 metres from the beautiful Mas Pinell beach (Pals/Torroella), considered one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava. In addition, the urban centre is only 15 minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy tranquillity without losing proximity to all services.
Exterior areas and services
The house has spacious outdoor areas that invite rest and tranquillity. The complex includes:
- Communal swimming pool to relax and cool down.
- Common gardens ideal for walking and enjoying nature.
- Children's playground so that children can play with total safety and fun.
Distribution and capacity
With a maximum capacity for 6 people, the house is distributed over two floors, offering a comfortable and functional space:
Ground floor:
- Living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, creating a cosy and familiar atmosphere.
- Fully equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, so you can prepare your favourite dishes with total comfort.
- Courtesy toilet for greater comfort during your stay.
- Spacious terrace, equipped with table and chairs, the perfect place to eat in the sun and make the most of good weather days.
Upper floor:
- 1 main suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), private bathroom with bathtub and balcony.
- 1 room with a double bed (140x200 cm).
- 1 double room with two single beds (90x200 cm), perfect for the little ones or for those who prefer separate beds.
- 1 additional bathroom with shower and washing machine, offering greater comfort.
Comfort all year round
During the winter, heaters are provided to complement the fireplace, ensuring a warm and cosy atmosphere.
In summer, fans are placed to cool the house, although the proximity to the sea maintains quite pleasant temperatures.
Parking and access
The internal garage is closed and not available for use, but the property has a private outdoor parking space, with capacity for one car, which allows you to park comfortably within the property.
Accommodation Rules
- Pets accepted only with prior request and supplement (35 euros/week). In the event of coming with a pet, it will be necessary to leave the cash deposit at the agency, which will be returned one week after departure by bank transfer.
- This accommodation is exclusively for families.

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
