We stayed in Swan Villa 3 which was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 14 years old). The living area is great with the pool adjoining - just be prepared for the kids to splash water on the floor tiles so ask for an extra mattowel.see more
We stayed in Swan Villa 3 which was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 14 years old). The living area is great with the pool adjoining - just be prepared for the kids to splash water on the floor tiles so ask for an extra mattowel. Before going I was slightly worried about the living area being so open and just the gate-door and wall between it and the outside, however we never felt unsafe at all with the staff near by, security cameras outside, and each bedroom having its own lock. We asked for an extra key for the bedroom the kids were in so I could access if required. It was no problem. In fact nothing was ever a problem and our Villa personal assistant, Indah, was just lovely and always available on WhatsAppin person anytime if we had any questionsneeds. Indah also came to our Villa to hang out with the kids when my husband and I went out for dinner alone. The kids loved getting to know her had fun making iced tea and playing games. While only walking distance to the beach and some good Seminyak spots, the area was actually nice and quiet. Taxis and scooters could meet us right at our front door. We loved the garden incorporated in to the living area. It did attract some little birds that made themselves right at home - so there are the little deposits of bird poo that appear, however it was cleaned well everyday so didn’t worry us. There are so many great places we wanted to try for brunch each day that we only had the in-house breakfast the first day. It was a little cold when we got it and we preferred the choices when we went out anyway. Indah recommended Urban Bites just down the road for coffee and smoothies - it was good and we got coffee there every morning. We forgot my son’s asthma puffer and only realised when he needed it one evening. I quickly messaged Indah to ask where I could get one, and she was at our door with one from the chemist in no time! She really was the best! For the price we paid we were very happy with our Villa and the service it came with. Thank you Indah and Swan Villas

It was a wonderful 4 days trip spent in Swan Villa 3. The Villa is well maintained and always refreshed on a daily basis. I love the modern design of the Villa and it is very cozy for a small family like mine. My children love the pool a lot as well.see more

I love the modern design of the Villa and it is very cozy for a small family like mine. My children love the pool a lot as well. Also special thanks to my house keeper Ms Indah. I had left my daughter's water bottle in one of the shops that we went. I told Indah about this incident and she took the initiative to go beyond the the extra mile to travel to the shop on my behalf the next day to get the water bottle back. Overall the stay and experience has been wonderful! Will definitely go back again
