Beautiful and modern house with a private pool, located in a very quiet residential area, 9km from Lloret de Mar beach. The ideal place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the disconnection you deserve.
The house is distributed on a single floor, with a living-dining room area (with access to the outdoor area) and an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel like you're in your own home. Therefore, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a multitude of utensils to be able to prepare delicious meals and dinners.
Moreover, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other two have a trundle bed in each of them. In addition to another full bathroom with shower. The house has Air Conditioning and Air Pump Heating throughout the house, included in the price.
The outdoor area boasts a pleasant private swimming pool, landscaped area, barbecue and parking space for 1 vehicle. In addition to a woodland area with sun loungers.
Free Wi-Fi.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families. Reservations for people under 35 years old are not accepted.
The house does not have bed linen and towels. These can be rented from the agency with prior notice and for an additional charge.

- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Nice place, and, out of Lloret de Mar, but yet a short drive to the city. Owner is a great person, but it's the agency who deal with the customers. Pool was cold at this time of year. Safe and nice place to stay, and got everything you need. This plasee more
