It has a comfortable living room with tv and access to the terrace.
Fully equipped and self-catering kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing-machine and diswasher.
There are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each (135x190m and 150x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.
Shady outdoor eating area in built barbecue to enjoy nice meals next to the pool area.
Parking space for 2/3 cars.
You are a few km aways from Lloret de Mar beach, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava!
Pets accepted only on prior request and with a supplement.

Rules and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p. m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
