Spacious terrace where you can enjoy meals and breakfasts in the sun. It is a ground floor.
It consists of three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Fully equipped kitchen with everything (oven, microwave, dishwasher), living-dining room with fireplace and television. There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Parking space for one car included in the rental price.
Pets not accepted.
No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Great location with nice garden and very silent area. A bit older but clean apartment. Kitchen tools could be improved : microwave was not connected, toaster not working, not enough cooking pans etc… , so could easily solved if the owner wants.
