Recently renovated house of 225 m2 distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. On the first floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet, and direct access to the furnished terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: gas cooker, cutlery, frying pans, combi fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor there is a suite with a double bed and shower, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 double room (2 single beds) all with access to terrace.

Spectacular accommodation located in one of the most exclusive areas of Llafranc, with unbeatable views of the sea. Located less than 1km from the beach and the town center. On the main floor we have a spacious living - dining room with direct access to the terrace, a kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped so that you can enjoy your favorite meals as if you were at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dishes , cutlery...), also there's a small room with a single bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed,and the room can be separated with a sliding door, to give privacy to both beds, and has access to a small terrace. On the top floor there is a bedroom suite, with a double bed, bathroom with shower and dressing area, and with access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views that the house offers. There is also a service room with a single bed in the basement. In the outdoor area, the house has a large private garden with furniture (sun loungers), in addition to the communal area with gardens, swimming pool, tennis courts, children's area. Garage. Is not possible to smoke in the house. Pets not allowed. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The house is very confortable, with stunning views, lots of light, great swimming pool, and walking distance to the beach. We were a group of two families with young kids and had an amazing time.

The house is renovated and had a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, and mosquito nets and ventilators in all bedrooms which was very convenient. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and when we needed anything else the agency responded right away to provide it. |

Some of the plates were not properly cleaned by prior guest. I suggest you check this and correct for next guests. |
