Located just 500 meters from the beach and the center of town, in a quiet residential area with swimming pool (with children's area), tennis court and community gardens. The house has 4 rooms: 1 quintuple room (2 bunk beds + 1 removable bed (90x190cm)), 2 rooms with 2 single beds (2 beds of 90x190 and 2 beds of 100x190cm) 1 of them in suite with shower and exit to the balcony and 1 double room (with double bed (150x190cm)) with access to the terrace, 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 toilet, kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and laundry (washing machine), large living-dining room (TV) with access to the terrace and private garden (63 m2). Beautiful views of the sea Garage. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

It sits next to the walkway between the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
The house is distributed over 4 floors and has a maximum capacity of 8 people.
The main floor includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, a large fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 en suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. On the top floor you will find a a studio attic with 2 sofa beds and a TV. On the lower floor you will find 2 en suite rooms with shower (2 double beds (180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with access to a terrace. On the lower floor there is access to is a small jetty with direct access to Llafranc beach (door access with code).
Parking included in the price, located 200m from the house. Entrance dimensions: 2.35m wide x 1.80m high.
Pets are not allowed.House only for families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Spectacular accommodation located in one of the most exclusive areas of Llafranc, with unbeatable views of the sea. Located less than 1km from the beach and the town center. On the main floor we have a spacious living - dining room with direct access to the terrace, a kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped so that you can enjoy your favorite meals as if you were at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dishes , cutlery...), also there's a small room with a single bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed,and the room can be separated with a sliding door, to give privacy to both beds, and has access to a small terrace. On the top floor there is a bedroom suite, with a double bed, bathroom with shower and dressing area, and with access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular views that the house offers. There is also a service room with a single bed in the basement. In the outdoor area, the house has a large private garden with furniture (sun loungers), in addition to the communal area with gardens, swimming pool, tennis courts, children's area. Garage. Is not possible to smoke in the house. Pets not allowed. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Fixtures and fittings and all kitchen equipment is very old and not of the standard expected for price paid.
No hot water at all for Saturday, Sunday and Monday of stay was very difficult (plumber came late afternoon Monday)

Having to carry all our bed linen and towels (along with all our own luggage) from the office to property was not acceptable and have never experienced this before. Should be at the property when you arrive. Property was not especially clean, maybe because it was empty before. All surfaces inside and out were dusty, dead insects in bathrooms and most kitchen equipment was sticky/greasy. Pool needs cleaning more often, made worse because firework debris stayed on bottom of pool from Monday night to Friday. |

This is a nice beach condo that has enough patina that you won’t worry about it being too precious. It’s a close but steep walk to the beach and town. The pool and tennis courts are great. It has a lovely porch and view. Llafranc is a jewel of a townsee more

It has a lovely porch and view. Llafranc is a jewel of a town. It was a well equipped kitchen and we did enjoy cooking in it. The rental management company was responsive and they sent someone over right away to assess the unit. It was not fixable during our stay, but they did try to get a repairman out. .

There’s no AC and so we left the windows open at night to try to stay cool. There were a few mosquitoes. All in all despite the issues we enjoyed our time and we definitely want to go back to Llafranc.
