Beautiful house with private pool situated in a quiet residential area only 8km away from the beach and Lloret del Mar town centre. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity of 6 people. Outdoor area of 400m2 with garden and private pool (8x4m), built in barbecue and table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun enjoying the mountain views. The 130m2 internal area consists of a dining room (TV, dvd, satellite, stereo) with direct access to the pool area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (2 of 90 x 190cm and 2 of 80 x 180cm) and 1 en suite with a 150 x 200cm bed and bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with shower. Youth groups not allowed.
This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! It can accomodate up to 6 guests in a living area of 65 m2 and 500 m2 plot. Nice outdoor area with private garden and swimming pool (6x3m), barbecue, terrace and garage. It has a living room with fireplace and tv, fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, cooking pans, fridge, mircrowave, oven and washing machine. ¡Yes, we want you to enjoy meals as you were at home! There are also 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Youth people allowed on request. This property is only rented to families. Pets are allowed on request. Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava´s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beaches of the area. Parasols and deck chairs are available to rent as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water- skiing and canoeing. We had a good time here. The house is on a nice and quite location with great views. It's close to a few very nice beaches. I think the welcoming could be a better though. Having to get the keys at the office which is not that close to the house is nsee more
We had a good time here. The house is on a nice and quite location with great views. It's close to a few very nice beaches. I think the welcoming could be a better though. Having to get the keys at the office which is not that close to the house is not great. Also, all bed linen and towel were at the office, not at the house. We had some issues with heating and electricity and they were quite helpful and responsive in solving the issues. Overall it was a good experience and we recommend it! Thanks!
