Precious house with a private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 1 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 4 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 7 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 8 people distributed over 2 floors.
Outdoor area of 950 m2 with private pool (8 x 3.5m), spacious terraces and barbecue area where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with mountain views. Garage for 3 cars.
Interior area of 170 m2 with living-dining room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and freezer fridge), 3 double bedrooms (2 of 160x200cm + 1 of 140x200cm) and 1 room with 2 single beds (90x200cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Young people not accepted.
This property is only for families. No bookings for under 35 years old.
- Pets upon request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun. At the back, there is a small studio for the person who occasionally takes care of the garden.
Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the main floor we find the living-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, independent kitchen (microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor, we find 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with bathtub.

Il faut passer par une agence pour récupérer les clés. Ce n',était pas très clair lors de la réservation. 2 numéros de téléphone visibles, mais ce n',est que lors de l',arrivée que j',ai compris qu',il fallait récupérer les clés ailleurs. forte pentsee more

Je précise je n',ai pas une voiture de sport, série 3 touring. J',ai tout de même trouvé un emplacement à l',extérieur sous un arbre.La literie n',était pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues. Des matelas épais de 15 cm pour ce prix, un peu déçu. Tout comme le prix de location des draps, faut il à ce prix encore prévoir des draps? Ce point n',était pas mis en évidence lors de la réservation. 80 Euro de drap pour 10 jours. Autre point: lors de la réservation on précise bien qu',il est interdit de faire la fête pour ne pas importuner les voisins, par contre les voisins ne s',en privent pas. Tous les soirs, toutes les nuits c',était à tour de rôle un autre voisin qui faisait la bringue.

Die Carolina hat uns klare Anweisungen zum Check-in gegeben. Es hat alles gut geklappt.Die Gegend ist ruhig und der Strand ist wunderschön. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern da waren, war uns der Fußweg zum Strand (auf der Fahrbahn) doch zu gefährlich, so dass wir die Autos genutzt haben.Wir (4 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern) hatten ausreichend Platz im Haus. Draußen viel Platz zum Spielen.Großer Pool.Die Einfahrt zur Garage ist eine Zumutung.Wir konnten mit unseren Autos ( VW Sharan und Seat Alhambra) nicht die Einfahrt runter zur Garage befahren, wir sind an der Kuppe mit dem Unterbodenblech vom Auto hängen geblieben. Sowas darf nicht sein und war nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben. Nach dem wir das Büro kontaktiert haben, haben die uns vorgeschlagen einfach auf der Straße zu parken. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, weil wir gezielt ein Haus inklusive Parkplätze gesucht haben. Die Fenster waren dreckig und die Einrichtung teilweise alt. Wir könnten trotzdem unseren Urlaub genießen.
