Simple house with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 2.5 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 6 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 8 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava!
Maximum capacity for 7 people.
Outdoor area of 800 m2 with private garden and pool (7 x 3.5m) with beautiful mountain views, covered terrace to enjoy breakfasts and meals in front of the pool, barbecue area and parking for one car.
Interior area of 100 m2 distributed on a single floor with living-dining room with TV, satellite, DVD, fireplace and direct access to the garden and private pool. Kitchen (microwave, washing machine, oven and fridge), 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (2 beds (90 x 180) and 2 beds (80 x 180)), 1 single bedroom (80 x 190), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
- Pets upon request 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.
Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.
This property is only for families. Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.
Conditions for groups
- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

La maison est très au calme dans une petite rue sur les hauteurs, sans vis-à-vis, avec un jardin luxuriant très agréable, notre chien a beaucoup apprécié cet espace.. La forêt environnante et la situation de la maison (un peu encaissée) lui permettent certainement de garder une température supportable même pendant les fortes chaleurs.C',est une maison basique et un peu vieillotte, sans luxe mais suffisante. La piscine a l',air tout à fait correcte et bien ensoleillée, mais nous n',avons pas pu en profiter à cause de la météo. Le réfrigérateur est de bonne taille. La cuisine elle-même est petite mais propre et tout fonctionne, La pression et la température de l',eau sont extrêmement satisfaisantes, y compris à la douche.Il y a suffisamment de rangements dans les chambres et dans le salon pour mettre ses affaires.

Je confirme qu',on entend beaucoup de chiens aboyer et même parfois la nuit, mais personnellement je préfère entendre ça que les bruits des moteurs, des klaxons et des fêtards en ville.

El alojamiento era ideal, una ubicación excelente con una piscina fantástica y buenas vistas. Lástima un árbol al lado que no paraba de soltar cosas y había que limpiarla constantemente, pero es campo. En general hemos estado cómodos.

Es comprensible que haya hormigas al estar en el campo, pero se deberían poner medidas para que no las haya en la cocina, entraban por el respiradero y entre baldosas por lo que hay que evitar tener comida abierta.
