Beautiful and modern house with private pool, located in a very quiet residential area, at 9km from the beach of Lloret de Mar. The perfect place to relax, take a sunbathe and enjoy the disconnection you deserve.
The house is distributed on a unique floor, with a living-dining room (exit to the outdoor area) with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, we want you to feel at home. There has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a lot of utensils to prepare delicious meals.
In addition, it has 3 double bedrooms. One of them has a double bed en suite (bathroom with shower) and the other 2 bedrooms have 1 trundle bed in each one. There's also a another full bathroom with shower. This house has a Air Condition and Heating in the whole house, included in the price.

Basic 3 bedroom house (Prefabricated) private swimming pool located in a very quiet area only 9km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.
This villa is a simple property sleeping 6 people with 800m of land around the 80 m2 house.
It has a small but cosy living room with tv and exit to a terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwaser.
It has one bedroom with one double bed (135x180cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds in each (80x180cm), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bath.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool (8,5x4,5m), a built in barbecue and a pleasant shady terrace where nice meals can be enjoyed next to the pool.
This house has a separate apartment where the housekeeper lives but still keeping this house and the swimming pool completely privacy from the housekeeper.
Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Groups of young people accepted only upon prior request.
Rules and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p. m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
